BEAUTIFUL!!! 3 Bdrm – 2 Bath – Fully Furnished Home.  All appliances (oven/range, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, refrig.), HOT Tub, Washer-Dryer, Satellite TV, DVD/VCR, Phone, BBQ, Dishes & Silverware, A/C, Electric Heat. Linens provided.

 

Vacation Rental Rates

Mondays - Thursdays  $130/night.  Fridays - Sundays  $150/night.  Weekly Discounted Rate  $850 (7 nights).  Monthly rates available. NO PETS. NO SMOKING.  50% payment required to hold reservation, with balance payable no later than 2 days prior to arrival.  Cancellations no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival, otherwise the lesser of one night's rate or 50% reservation deposit forfeited.  Check-in at 3:00pm and check-out at 12:00pm unless otherwise arranged.$275 cleaning / damage deposit required.  Of this amount, $75 will be applied as cleaning fee, with the balance (up to $200) being refundable (assuming no damage beyond normal wear-and-tear).
