Beautiful newer home that backs up to Suncadia’s 500 acre open space in Ronald, WA.  Sleeps 9 in beds.

 2 Bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the master with a king size bed.  There is also a loft with 1 king bed and three single beds.  There are 1 ¾ bathrooms, a utility room with utility sink and extra large washer and dryer, plenty of towels, 20’x 26’great room with 28’ high pine wrapped ceilings with 3 ceiling fans, gas fireplace, 50” big screen TV, DVD/CD player, stereo receiver, in-wall speakers and dart board, pool table, forced air heat, huge kitchen with full size electric smooth top and electric oven and plenty of glasses, place settings, silverware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer, fully furnished with everything you would ever need including board games, cards, and coloring books.

Additional 20’x 28’ loft above the garage with 31" TV, air hockey, foosball, two leather couches, card table, surround sound, Sony PlayStation with games, lots of videos (many children's movies), VCR and DVD/CD player.

Big back patio with hot tub. Covered front porch with propane BBQ. Fire pit on the property for roasting marshmallows! (seasonal use only as there is usually a burn ban in the summer months)

Roads leading to driveway are county maintained and plowed. In the winter we try to keep the driveway plowed as needed but cannot guarantee when the storms will hit relative to when our man can come out and plow. You can park on the county road.
Rates

$175 per night mid week

$225 per night weekend

$300 per night for all Holiday Weekends(3 night minimum)

(MLK, Presidents, Mem., 4th of July, Labor Day)

$300 per night for Thanksgiving (4 night minimum)

$350 per night during Christmas Break (4 night minimum) Dec. 19th, 2008 through Jan. 4th, 2009.

All fees are subject to 7.7% lodging tax.

Cleaning Fees

$75 per reservation

***We try to make sure that everything is working properly all of the time.  However;  we do not give refunds for hot tub, TV, videogame, or any other type of minor malfunction. 

***Please be prepared to shovel snow in the winter months.  We try to maintain the walkways, however, we do not live in the area and cannot predict when it will snow in relation to when we last shoveled.

Booking Policy

Our policy is to charge a $100 deposit for a regular reservation and $250 for a Holiday reservation to hold any reservation.

 

This deposit is completely refundable (minus the $4 credit card fee we are charged) until 30 days prior to the check-in date.

 

The deposit becomes 100% non-refundable if the reservation is canceled within 30 days of the

check-in date. All other fees will be returned if the reservation is cancelled within 14 days.

 

Payment is due in full 30 days prior to check-in or the reservation will be canceled with no refund of the deposit.

 

Refunds will not be given for weather or pass closures unless all three mountain passes are closed for the entire length of your stay.
